I find it amazing that the Yankees have already sold 3 million tickets for 2007, while the San Francisco Giants haven’t started selling individual tickets. This show how much demand there is to see the Yanks compared to other teams, like the Giants, who aren’t putting regular season tickets on sale until March 3rd
The 3 million mark is also impressive because the Yankees had a record attendance of 4.25 million in 2006 — so they probably only have the nose bleeds left now. I guess that’s what happens you have a lineup with Damon, Jeter, Giambi, Arod, Abreu, Cano, Matsui, Ciaro & Posada.

Now I have to put March 3rd in my calendar so I can get tickets when the Yankees play in SF on June 22-24th
